It all started with a simple observation, one that many parents know: endless car journeys, waiting at restaurants, and the easy temptation to hand over a phone or tablet to get 5 minutes of peace and quiet.
We knew there was a better solution. A solution that doesn't just passively "distract" the child, but engages them, captivates them, and helps them grow.
The birth of NOMI 
NOMI was born from the contraction of the word "Autonomy" . It is the heart of our philosophy.
We wanted to create tools inspired by Montessori pedagogy, designed for curious little hands. Objects that tell the child: "I trust you, you are capable of doing it all by yourself."
But we also wanted these objects to be beautiful. No more garish, noisy plastic cluttering up the living room. We opted for soft materials like felt, soothing colors (Terracotta, Slate Blue, Cream), and a clean design that appeals to both parents and children.
